Special Orders must be paid for in full at time of order placement.
All layaways require a 25% deposit (cash, check or charge). The balance is to be paid as follows: 25% - 30 days from initial layaway date 25% - 60 days from initial layaway date 25% - 90 days from initial layaway date
Payments for layaway are to be in the form of pre-authorized checks or charges. If lawaway schedule in not adhered to and payment is more that 30 days past the due date, merchandise will be returned to stock and all monies will be forfeited.
Undamaged merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for full refund. Any return after 14 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Subtle differences in wood color finishes is common in handcrafting and in no way affects the quality of the finished product.
